Just need to vent
I can't find two sock patterns I got from one of the Stitches West. One is BMFA's Ceder Creek and the other is Twisted Flower. I know I bought those patterns because I really like them and wanted them for a while. It's just upsetting because I try to keep a neat house so I know where my things are. So not being able to find them is driving me crazy because that objective of knowing where my things are is not achieved! Very very frustrated (more frustrated because we just took a class with Cookie and I wanted to make that Twisted Flower sock)!!

And after you have obsessively cleaned everything that needed cleaning, and looked in every possible place 4 times, and you stamp your foot and say "Fine! I won't do that pattern!" and pout a little, and start something else, guess what will show up...
Ooh, I spent several months once looking for a project that I remembered putting the pattern, yarn and needles together in a bag. I looked and looked for that project, and finally just started looking for the pieces. Finally I found all the pieces - I had taken them out of the bag and put them away. That'll teach me to put things away...
